He is sought out by sellers looking to sell the most unique properties in the area. From a historic church turned luxury estate, to waterfront homes, to large equestrian estates, his innovative thinking and willingness to push boundaries cater to an array of property types and clientele.

His ability to close deals and massage “pain points” in a transaction is what separates him from the rest. Matt believes luxury is not defined by a price point, rather a service level you can expect. He and his team sell “luxury” at all stages of people’s lives, from first time home buyers to estates and investments. His humble and down to earth personality have his clients coming back time and time again for their personal and investment real estate dealings, which are proven with over 100 5-Star reviews. Matt works all over Snohomish and King Counties, however, his expertise lies in the Mill Creek, Snohomish, Bothell and Woodinville Communities

Matt was born and raised in Snohomish County, Washington. He and his wife, Emilie, have two young girls, Bellamy and Isla, and a son Julian. Matt grew up with a passion for basketball, playing in High School and College, then spent 10 years coaching high school boys. No longer coaching on the court, he now coaches real estate brokers on how to grow their businesses, along with teaching different contracts and marketing strategies to help them stay ahead of the pack. Matt and his wife are foodies and love wine tasting and going to social events.
