A real estate agent might be motivated to encourage a client to buy a piece of property if they were on the fence, but not Matt. Matt got our house sold in four days for more than what we were asking and made it a smooth transition into our new beautiful house. The process started with my wife and I going to the bank to refinance because of how low the interest rates had gotten. It was going to cost about $6,000 to re-fi, and since we didn’t love our current house, we started to wonder if we could save the six grand, sell, and upgrade to a better house at a lower interest rate. That’s when I called Matt. My wife and I were worried about breaking even on our house and had to get more for it than either of us thought it was worth, but Matt was able to get us out with no money out of pocket and even got us more than our asking price. To top it all off, Matt helped make for a smooth transition into our brand new lovely house. We went from a 2,000 sq ft cookie cutter with no upgrades to a brand new 3,300 sq ft gorgeous house on a quarter acre with granite countertops, hardwood, etc. for only $6 more a month than the mortgage on the old house and all with no money out of pocket!
